Job Description : We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Senior Software Engineer who will assist in the design of a functional and maintainable platform. You will be joining a core team in our Bengaluru office to help deliver software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity in devising and implementing a modern approach to software engineering that enables continuous delivery and releases features on-demand.

The role holder will have excellent Senior Software engineer skills as you’ll be part of Development and Operations team supporting, designing, migrating and implementing SaaS.

Basic Qualifications:
BS degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience writing code in Java, Go, Shell, Perl, Python, or a similar language
Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Java, Go, shell, C++, Python, or a similar language
Interest in Developing and improving continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines and processes
Experience with at least one of the following technologies – Dockers, Jenkins, Containerization, Terraform, Kubernetes, ECS
Ability to debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks

Responsibilities:
Help the team reach the highest standards of IT Service management while cultivating a culture of continuous integration and continuous deployment
Collaborate with technology teams to determine how to best design, build and deploy cloud based software products.
Strong knowledge of Terraform and containerization using docker
Strong knowledge of software development best practices and lean/agile methodologies.
BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related major, with 5+ years working experience.
Experience in building backend services for large-scale consumer-facing applications.
Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms.
A positive, constructive approach with an emphasis on collaboration and good execution
Ability to work on several work streams at the same time
A deep understanding of coding practices and of DRY principles
Experience of working in an agile environment with minimum supervision
Have good team communication and collaboration skills.
