Job Description : About this role:

The Platform Integration Build team within Wells Fargo Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) is Seeking Senior Systems Operations Engineer. We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to work in a lead role providing technical guidance and consultation to application teams, operational support teams, project and program managers, and to leadership, across multiple technology domains. The position is a senior technical role that will actively facilitate the design and delivery of large, complex infrastructure solutions that support strategic objectives while meeting tactical project needs. The position will develop new procedures and standards while implementing and further maturing established procedures and standards.

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of UNIX/Linux experience
4+ years of Windows experience
7+ years of overall experience in technology
Effective, and clear communication skills, both verbal and written
In-depth knowledge on the installation, configuration, performance tuning, and problem-solving of technical solutions
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently
Ability to work effectively within a geographically dispersed team
Energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented personality
Demonstrated Leadership and Mentoring
Desired Qualifications:
BE degree or higher in science or technology
3+ years experience in systems administration (Windows or UNIX/Linux)
3+ years experience in database administration (Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB or MySQL)
Experience in SAN Storage Replication and Cloning Technologies (EMC Symmetrix, Hitachi Universal Replication)
1+ year of Data Warehouse, Data Analytics and/or Big Data experience
Experience Hadoop ecosystem tools (Apache Spark, Apache Flume, Apache Kafka, Apache Sqoop, Apache Flink, Apache Hive or Apache Storm)
Experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows scripting languages (awk, bash, jython, PowerShell, python, sed, etc.)
Experience in Configuration Management tools (Chef, SaltStack, Puppet, or Ansible)
Job Expectations:
Standard work week Monday – Friday 8 hours per day
Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice
Office locations: Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad
