Job Description You will be part of the Experience Design team and contribute to how we define and iterate
our UX practice. By ensuring our products are usable, accessible, and meet user needs,
you’ll be helping business owners, professionals and employees in their moments that
matter. This includes everything from ensuring we’re solving the right problems for our
users to the details of crafting and building flows, prototypes, user interactions and
interfaces. Engaging directly with stakeholders around the business you will be a key
contributor in aligning our work to our core mission and values to put our customers first,
innovate and to help our colleague succeed.
Key Responsibilities In this role you will:
1. Deliver the most suitable design solutions which meet both user needs and business
goals and reflect known constraints.
2. Solve complex UI design problems and make informed design decisions often from
large amounts of conflicting information.
3. Produce high-quality deliverables at an appropriate fidelity and clearly communicate
rationale in an easy to understand way.
4. Have a firm understanding of the digital platform and appropriate considerations,
constraints, and methods such as responsive design, accessible design, and micro
interactions.
5. Collaborate with other team members such as Content Designers, Solution Designers
(BAs), engineers and stakeholders to arrive at the most appropriate solution.
6. Work with UX Researchers to develop testable prototypes/designs and incorporate
research findings into iterative designs.
7. Regularly communicate and engage relevant team members to elicit feedback and
build a shared understanding of user needs, business needs and design direction.
8. Maintain design consistency, champion and feedback on our Design System.
9. Support others in the team in working through problems they encounter and
upskilling within UX.
