Job Description : Experience in working in Windows Server and Linux environment with usage of tools for managing and monitoring the environment Understanding of Active Directory, and cloud related technologies User account management, managing Group Policies Good knowledge on virtualization technologies like VMWare Good understanding of peripheral technologies like storage, networks and security Good communication skills and ability to converse fluently in English Hands on experience in providing remote support for user issues Certifications in Microsoft, Linux or Networking technologies BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Hands on Experience in managing MS office 365 environment including Exchange/ Azure AD/ Sharepoint/ One drive Experience in the support, administration, technical troubleshooting and developing of the specific platform, including experience with SharePoint 2013 / Office 365. Knowledge of emerging technologies and vendor landscape; ability to quickly comprehend the functions, capabilities, and impact of new technologies. Broad understanding of other related technical disciplines such as middleware, database, capacity and performance management is a plus Monitor and report on usage Manage permissions, restrict and revoke access as required. Provide guidance to Site Owners on structure of their sites.
