Key Responsibilities : a: Develop Applications on ServiceNow Platform Upgrades b: Service Management Process development c: Third Party Management/Integration with other ITSM tools 3rd Party tools d: Configuration of functionalities according to the best process practices e: Serve as a highly technical skilled specialist resource within the ServiceNow domain to provide support on all the ServiceNow capability and modules f: Provide effective concise, timely, and consistent verbal and written communications to peers
Technical Experience : a: Admin and Development experience on ServiceNow Modules b: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, SLM/SLA, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge, Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management and Integration c: Maintenance, administration and version standardization of ServiceNow d:Experience with ServiceNow development/configuration/customization/enhancements e:Good to have knowledge of ITIL processes, ServiceNow Admin, Development and ITIL V3 certification f:Support in analyzing workflows
Professional Attributes : a: Good verbal and written communication skills b: Willing to work in 24×7 Support, On Call and Week-End Support c: Excellent Problem-solving and analytical skills d: Excellent interpersonal and Team Management skills
