A well defined 5 year growth strategy is now in place and an immediate need identified for a highly innovative, consultative, people orientated SharePoint Consultant to spearhead senior consulting within their rapidly expanding SharePoint team.
Your New Position
Though we seek a person with development experience, this is not a SharePoint Developer role and the position requires a lateral thinking, client focused, high level communicator who can consult and engage high profile stakeholders, design and configure well defined solutions across the SharePoint portfolio. You will utilize your superb knowledge of the technology to tailor innovative solutions to address diverse client problems. You will engage with key decision makers and technical staff across a very broad range of customers in numerous industry areas. In addition to consulting, design and configuration activities, your role will also include continued interaction with existing clients in an advisory consulting capacity.
Experience Required
5+ years minimum experience in SharePoint 2013 – 2019
Demonstrated experience with the configuration of out-of-the-box capabilities of Office 365 and SharePoint for document management, collaboration, workflow and search
A strong knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft web development stack (ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to build bespoke Office 365 solutions
Excellent understanding of deployment and testing of Office365 and SharePoint solutions including use of automation tools such as PowerShell
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Excellent customer facing skills
Ability to Consult with clients when necessary
Experience with configuration of solutions using Microsoft Flow and Microsoft PowerApps
Experience with development using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
A strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure with a focus on web and integration related services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps and similar
Experience with the configuration, rollout and customization of Microsoft Teams
