Job Description : Job BriefWe at Spiderbox are looking for an innovative individual to manage and configure a range of different Shopify stores.As a Shopify Expert you would be responsible for overseeing and managing different clients’ online retail outlets. The Shopify Expert will be primarily responsible for identifying and executing tangible solutions to drive higher conversion rates and revenue through the introduction and continuous testing of new features and functionalities.Key Responsibilities: Set up Online Stores on Shopify to drive sales and revenueCustomize websites based on clients requirements and work with our development team where necessary to achieve this.Master all 3rd party Shopify apps and continuously research, test and propose new apps to improve revenue or efficiency based on obsession over data/metrics. Examples include bundling, subscriptions, payment solutions, etc.Create landing pages on a regular basis with support from creative and performance marketing teams.Manage product merchandising and website content in support of marketing initiatives.Partner with Operations to resolve fulfillment and customer order issues and work towards finding and implementing preventative solutions for these issues.Get the product-market fit right to optimize Conversion RatesEnsure websites work flawlessly on any device and get in front of prospective customersCollaborate with the UX and UI Design Teams to develop exclusive, robust, and innovative front-end user experiencesAdd Shopify app extensions to stores for added functionalitiesStudy, track and analyze customer’s Information and customer behaviorSystem Maintenance: ensure that Store’s catalogs are well maintained and curated not just for sales but also to help marketing strategy implementationUnderstand the marketing ecosystem between: webstore, ads, social, and email marketingFrequently test and debug websites for better performanceOptimize websites for increased conversion ratesProvide clear performance reports on store performance, product performance and highlight growth opportunities with insightful actionable stepsProvide data and recommendations to help drive decision-making for the website and online advertising strategiesStay up to date with industry best practices by staying closely connected to the Shopify organization, its learnings and innovationsRequirements: 2-4 years experience overseeing Shopify platform storesShopify certificationComplete know-how of Shopify’s Admin SystemStrong hands to Install & Customize new Shopify themesGeneral experience building, launching and maintaining stores, as well as general knowledge of the admin systemStrong interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders from multiple teamsSelf-motivation, confidence, and ready to work in all team environmentsAbility to communicate well, giving proactive feedback to peers and teamGood organizational skillsAdditional Skills: Knowledge of other popular ECommerce Platforms like Magento, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce is a big plusExperience preparing web content such as blogs and digital mediaBasic design skills using the Adobe suite for content creation is a plus.Experience with other Digital Marketing channels a plus (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, etc.)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftApplication Question(s):Are you able to work from our office in Mumbai 3 days a week?Experience:Shopify: 2 years (Required)License/Certification:Shopify certification (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 01/03/2022
