Experience
2-5 years previous development experience
Experience in COBOL, PERL, UNIX, .Net and Oracle a plus
Experience in research and analysis, project planning and implementation a plus
Previous exposure to Automation Frameworks
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge in software development methodologies/processes, design, implementation and documentation.
Knowledgeable of one or more programming languages as specified by the department.
Ability to read and write scripts in a variety of scripting languages.
Working knowledge of web services, IIS 7, C# or related .Net programming languages, and database systems.
Good customer support and communication skills.
Ability to support 24×7 on call rotation.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing team environment.
Ability to recognize areas in need of improvement and solve complex problems related to interconnected software components.
Working knowledge of both Windows and UNIX operating systems.
Ability to learn new programing languages
Ability to use a personal computer. Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications.
