Monitor inboxes for GEAR support to deliver high quality first line support.
Direct communication with end users via email, IM or Webex meetings.
Communicate, co-operate and follow-up with vendors and Ford internal support teams to implement better and faster solutions.
Build and maintain documentation regarding IT procedures, frequently asked questions (FAQ), systems setup and systems maintenance, providing a knowledge base content for our team.
Provide production and business support for OWN Motorcraft /Omnicraft regions
Develops application software using the cloud-based architecture across full stack of technologies utilized by balanced team
Solve highly complex technical problems using industry best practices.
Uses the test driven development methodology to realize the technical solution.
