This exciting opportunity includes leading the IT Agile Planning Team, Business Unit partnership planning and technical management. This team is accountable for IT Jira and Jira Align implementation supporting our business groups and enterprise agile planning. In addition, directs and manages a team of software engineers and architects responsible for the development and/or validation of software for a specific Intel product segment or technology over multiple areas of the software lifecycle, including design, development, validation, debug, optimization, customer engagement, and/or product support. Oversees the development of software across multiple layers of the stack including firmware, drivers, operating systems, software applications and tools, infrastructure, and platforms. Provides direction and goals to the group to ensure efficient operation and sound engineering practices are followed and interacts with stakeholders internal and/or external to Intel. Sets priorities for the team, achieves results across boundaries, ensures an inclusive work environment, develops employees, and manages performance. The candidate should also exhibit the following behavioral traits and/or skills: Leadership and influencing skills Willingness to work in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment Self-motivated, driven, committed to set and achieve targeted goals Creative and structured problem-solving skills Troubleshooting and analytical skills Written and verbal communication, documentation and presentation skills Cross-organizational collaboration skills Management and leadership skills, task planning and coordination.
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: Possess a bachelor’s degree (with 6+ years of relevant experience) or master’s degree (with 4+ years of relevant experience) or PhD degree (with 2+ years of relevant experience) in Computer Science/Engineering, or related field and experience in software development and management. Agile Framework (SAFE) Preferred qualifications: Jira and Jira Align implementation, infrastructure, security, business continuity, configuration, performance mechanisms, test automation, consolidation, migrations, incident management. Working Experience with global customers and partners. Experience leading a team of leading highly technical team. Oversee multiple software engineering projects to make sure quality and schedule meets and exceeds customer expectation.
