Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
Maintain existing automation test frameworks
Collect and report quality metrics from test execution
Work with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them
Create comprehensive test plans; execute and automate them
Support engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent domain with cloud applications experience.
Experience in CRM domain is plus
Understanding of QA methodologies and practices
Proven ability to communicate cross-functionally, and to seek out information when required
Flexibility and ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements
Experience working with wide variety of automated testing tools including Selenium, Programming Language – Java/ C#/ Dot Net, Unit Test Framework – MSTest/ NUnit/ TestNG/ Junit and other open source tools.
Knowledge on EasyRepro Automation framework is added advantage.
Experience working with SCM tools like Git/ SVN.
Experience in Rest Api automation tools like – Rest Assured/ Http Client would be added advantage.
Experience working with build tools like – Maven/ Gradle.
Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools (e.g. Azure DevOps/ Jenkins).
Experience in scripting language like JavaScript.
Experience working in Agile Practices (SAFE, Scrum).

Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
