Job Description : Overview: As an Software Test Engineer, we will be looking to you to help improve our existing Software Testing architecture and work alongside our co-located team and establishing best practices across the organization.Your Impact: Recommending improvements in our current architecture and establishing effective test suitesIncreasing our release time while maintaining the highest level of qualityCreate new automation suites, maintaining and executing automation scripts in the test automation framework for our appsParticipate in sprint planning, estimation, and sprint reviews using agile best practicesAnalyze automated test coverage and identify areas where coverage could be improvedReview pull requests to ensure every test meets our code quality standardsWork collaboratively within high-performance scrum teams to ensure the delivery of business/functional requirementsConstantly looking for ways to improve Prodigy’s game and website. We have an environment where good ideas win, and your ideas could help shape our productWho You Are: At least 2 years in Software Testing, 3+ years in QA overallAt least 1 year of experience working within an Agile EnvironmentExperience using any testing framework such as Mocha, Cypress, Jasmine, Protractor, Selenium, etc along with a strong foundation on any programming language such as Python, Javascript or Java.Experience defining tests for CI/CD pipelineExperience using version control systems such as GitA passion for user experience and performanceKnowledge of QA methodologies and best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and the ability to master new applications and technologies quicklyA love for learning and staying on top of the latest in test automation.Bonus Points For: Built test automation frameworks from scratchExperience with mobile automation frameworks such as Appium, Xamarin etcFamiliarity with REST endpoint architectureExperience training or knowledge sharing on automation frameworksExpected Start Date: 4/1/2022Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Evening shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Manual testing: 1 year (Required)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
