Roles and Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand the design brief from marketing managers and business heads Conceptualize and execute the creative design for all kinds of marketing collaterals whether print or digital
Develop creatives for performance marketing, social media, branding, blogs, event branding, emailers etc
Apply the right balance of layout, typography, colours, iconography, illustrations, images and create artworks
Make necessary revisions based on feedback from end users and stakeholders Manage design work from conception to delivery
Create original and fresh artwork with high visual impact
Train other designers of the studio
2. Requirements:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suit or equivalent software, Microsoft Powerpoint Knowing way around typography, graphic fundamentals, web, design trends strong graphic and layout understanding
Good communication skills
Should be able to work both, in a team and individually
3 – 5 years of experience in visual communication
Experience creating innovative design concepts using originality and creativity Video Editing and post-production skills will be an added advantage
3. Ideal Candidate:
Has worked with BFSI / Fintech companies / Business News Publications or TV Channels or worked for an agency and created artwork for BFSI / Fintech brands
