Honeywell is seeking an Sr Project Management Specialist – eCommerce with an IT background in Digital Sales to support the company’s Digital Transformation. You will join a team of passionate customer experience and commercial excellence professionals and be a major player in business improvement projects and in Honeywell’s digital evolution. This is a professional position with opportunities to grow into more senior positions within product management/marketing, applications engineering, and sales. You will work on a variety of different projects, across many different areas of the business, and with colleagues from all different functions. This role is a great opportunity to learn about how an industrial B2B business works from end to end. Projects include supporting eCommerce, website, digital sales transformation, improving customer experience, business process improvement initiatives, and building collateral for NPI and campaigns. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background to be able to collaborate with our engineering team, our technical product management team, and our sales engineers to ensure product details are accurate on marketing collateral; and understand how our customers use our products so we can create effective collateral, site content, and campaigns. Responsibilities:

Support eCommerce & website development activities including, but not limited to:
Work with Product Managers to ensure accurate product data information, photos and literature.
Work with IT to make sure supporting data and back-end systems are working correctly.
Work with Customer Marketing & Sales to support customer campaigns.
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders across the business, spanning multiple regions and languages.

Provide regular reporting on project progress with recommendations for areas of improvement.
Query data from multiple sources including SalesForce, and SAP.
Ensure timely delivery of assignments while ensuring best in class quality and

Understanding and applying technical skills to the marketing aspects of the product
Facilitate efficient and effective deployment of new business systems to improve Honeywell business results.

You will help define and document customer requirements for deployment of new business applications.

You will assist with process redesign to ensure optimization of the functionalities enabled through advanced business applications.

You will provide support to users to facilitate rapid adoption of the application, to speed time to value of the new solution capabilities
You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree Engineering or other technical field.Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Basic data analysis skills.The ability to work independently and self motivated.Excellent verbal and written skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.
