As a key member of the Pega’s Global Service Assurance team, you will work with a passionate and driven project team, delivering new and innovative technical solutions using Pega/AWS technology

Service Assurance Advisor Specialist, in this role, you’ll help Pega’s customers successful and in ensuring that they have the best experience using Pega Cloud services. He / She will work with customer teams or Pega’s partners to ensure a seamless migration and upgrade experience for the customer. It is also an endeavor of the migration service team to build automation into the migration process with tools and accelerators.
What You’ll Do at Pega:
Be part of a dynamic team developing strategically important features for world-class customers.
Leverage best in class technologies to drive the conversion of requirements into feature design, its implementation, testing and support.
Engage with client application teams to plan and execute the migration and upgrade process with tools and accelerators
Help to build the tool in Pega Cloud for identified migration gaps/issues
Writing high-quality code to program complete the tool on schedule
Collaborating with development team and pega consulting team to set specifications for new applications tool
Who You Are:
You are a good team player and work collaboratively, enthusiastic and passionate about exploring come join us in building features.
Passionate about engineering and building features for customers
Strong coding and problem-solving skills
Strong technical aptitude with strong knowledge of Core Java, good understanding of OOPS, data structures, exposure to UI technologies like CSS, javascript is a plus.
Exposure to DevOps, AWS, Kubernetes is a plus.
Exposure to integration technologies like XML, JSON, REST, SOAP.
Ability to unblock self and implement modules by self.
Strong understanding of Pega 7/8 Technology with design skills.
Familiarity and understanding of the agile development process
Good Communication Skills
Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and development
What You’ve Accomplished:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field
Hands on experience working with PRPC Platform, databases (RDBMS) and SQL.
Expertise in Core Java and AWS Cloud Technology
Preferably a CSA/CSSA.
Expertise in DB Queries, and other Script languages.
