The IT Operations team will collaboratively provide global support including, but not limited to, response and resolution of Incidents, Problems, and Requests via phone, ITSM portal, and e-mail. This individual must be a clear candid communicator, highly motivated, emotionally intelligent, and have a proven track record of teamwork, execution, and customer-service.*About You*Ability to work through problems and figure out next stepsYou welcome the challenge of learning new and unfamiliar technologyOpen-minded to different ways of accomplishing tasksAbility to work collaboratively in a geographically distributed team environmentAble to effectively prioritize work in a highly dynamic work environmentNatural ability to proactively reach out and facilitate communicationsExcellent written & verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsStrong customer-service, problem-solving, and leadership skills*Role Responsibilities*Collaborate with System Engineers to administer, maintain, and continuously improve infrastructure and end-user management platformsCollaborate with IT Operations team peers to provide best-in-class customer service and support to internal customers for Level II/III incidents, problems, and requestsParticipate in team standup meetings to ensure communication of completions, plans, and any roadblocksSupport escalated and complex incidents with end-user Apple/Windows workstations and applications, and Apple/Android mobile devicesComplete assigned projects on-time and communicate impediments to progressRespond to and remediate notifications and alerts (e.g., Microsoft Security Alerts, etc.)Maintain and develop asset management practiceSupport procurement, warranty swap-out, and replacement of end-user hardwareWork with Atlassian ITSM ticketing system and achieve to Service Level TargetsFollow SOPs and Processes for infrastructure supportCommunicate clearly and efficiently with IT Operations team and other peersAssist in and prepare IT Operations support documentation*Your Qualifications/Experience*Advanced knowledge of supporting: Endpoint Manager/Intune, Azure AD, Office 365 Apps, Windows 10, and MacOSWorking knowledge of: Azure/AWS, VMware, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 Security/ComplianceBS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or another related fieldITIL and/or Agile certification.
