Job Description : Candidates with Bachelors/ Masters in Computer Science or Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in system development and automation. (Using C/C++/Java/Python)
3+ years of Experience in developing APIs/Uis
Good Understanding on the system architecture and development life cycles.
Demonstrated skill and passion for problem solving, troubleshooting and operational excellence with great attention to detail.
Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining monitoring and alerting to improve performance and reliability.
Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency and drive.
Job summary
We’re looking for a Systems Development Engineer to own self-service, automation, scaling, and solving operations with software across our platforms.

Work with business teams, gather new requirements, do POCs and develop services/solutions to cater the business needs.
Build the solution in a generic way to simplify the customer adoption.
Support the clients in expanding their businesses and simplify the operations.
Pro-actively identify the business challenges and build innovative solutions to solve.
Drive prioritization of operational issues, and drive automation, design & scaling requirements in support of the wider organization.
Be influential within your team, work with peers and senior leaders to define, revise the standards for operational excellence.

System engineering experience in the cloud.
Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly.
Strong metrics and operational excellence focus and proven ability to deep dive on issues
Experience working in large scale software development environment
Experience in taking a project from scoping requirements through launch of the project
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor other engineers to grow their technical and troubleshooting skills.
