Job Description : The Role
Works within standard procedures and work instructions, and under the guidance of a more experienced colleague.Assists in the design, coding, reviewing, analysing and modifying of technical solutions.Suggests recommendations for bug / problem resolution.

Qualifications and Skills
Development experience on C#, .Net framework, Azure Functions, Dynamics 365, PowerShell scripting, PowerApps and Automate – mandatory
Operational and admin knowledge on Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Office 365 technologies
Require at least 6 – 10 years of IT experience
Educated to a degree level
Integrates business specific needs from a technical solution design perspective
Experience in coordinating, consulting, Change & Problem management, Situation (Critical) & Stakeholder management and take individual decisions
Self-starter with good analysis, development and support skills
Servicenow or any ITIL tool working experience
Significant application and platform support experience or business analysis in a wide variety of IT, Technical and Business roles and domains.
Highly conversant in English, spoken and written, with proven communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with teams across organizational boundaries, different cultures and different time zones in a global, virtual environment and rotational shifts
Naturally inquisitive with a passion for learning
