To help HotDoc on our journey of improving the healthcare experience for everyone in Australia, we’re looking for someone to drive the recruitment process and initiatives within HotDoc as we grow.
You will join a fast growing business and an equally busy People & Culture team to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders on end to end recruitment across HotDoc.
You will also work closely with the People & Culture team to provide support across L&D, People Experience and Performance projects.
What will you be doing
This role will see you supporting the recruitment life cycle for all roles within HotDoc, by ensuring the best possible recruitment experience.
Advertising vacant roles, triaging applications and conducting phone screens
Scheduling interviews (phone screens, interviews, case studies/technical tests, culture round) for multiple candidates
Liaising with hiring managers to determine candidate criteria
Ensuring all requests and candidate communications are actioned with speed and efficiency
Ensuring candidate and business stakeholder inquiries coming to the HotDoc Careers inbox are dealt with appropriately
Provide general administration support to the team
Assist with P&C projects
Requirements
What you must have to apply for this role
At least 2 years experience in end to end recruitment within a People & Culture team or recruitment agency.
Strong organisational and time management skills
A love for being busy and a hunger to learn
The ability to be flexible, open minded and collaborative
Demonstrated experience with understanding where recruitment processes could be improved and the ability to speak up with your ideas
Highly developed communication skills with experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels
The agility to manage concurrent activities and stakeholders
