As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and activities related to the hiring and on-boarding of talent into critical skills needed to move the business forward and ensuring talent processes comply with appropriate business controls.

What do we expect from you :

6+ years of minimum experience into end to end recruitment ( IT and Non IT).
Drive the set recruitment process.
Efficient with specific sourcing using job portals, Linkedin, and other social platforms.
Strong interviewing and salary negotiation skills.
Manage and create a good candidate experience.
Interview coordination.
Stakeholder management.
Employee referral management.

What will you work on?

Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow-up till the candidate joins.
Work with hiring managers to understand requirements in business units.
Building a pipeline of skilled resources, effectively managing candidate relationships, and ensuring the right talent is available when needed.
Interview resources within the framework of the position specification.
Offer negotiation and follow up with the candidates.

It would be great if you also have

Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs).
Worked in startup and product-based organisations.
