Job Description : FUNCTIONS
THE ROLE

Managing approximately 700 VAT returns across 35 countries throughout EEMA. You will be assisting with the VAT Compliance Manager with the Management of the Department and

Assisting with the transformation and documentation of the VAT compliance process.Preparation of the VAT monitor and metrics review for the VAT Compliance Manager.Management of the creation of reports for outsourcers to enable them to prepare the VAT returns.Assisting with the VAT returns preparation, completion and review.Ensuring compliance with statutory filling deadlines ensuring complete and accurate returns along with full audit trails.Management and logging of queries to be resolved by EEMA VAT Dept.Liaison with other Departments to investigate items on the reconciliation report and clearing.
REQUIREMENTS
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A Qualified Accountant with good basic book keeping skills.Will accept qualified by experience however must have VAT reconciliation experience.Preferably 5 years experience.VAT return preparation experience is essential.Experience of Oracle and advantage.Analytical and forensic approach to work
