Job Description : Hiring for one of our client!Company : AssetmonkDesignation : Tech Lead (MEAN stack)Experience : 5-7 yearsSalary : Upto 19LPANotice period : immediate joiner’s – max. 30 daysLocation : Hyderabad (WFO)Responsibility:Lead the development team.Understand the functionality and come up with the plan to deliver with the current team structure.Develop, test, and deploy fast and scalable web appsDesigning and maintenance of fully functional non-relational databasesTimely deployment of web apps on the cloudServer management and cloud-based infrastructureEstablishment and integration of development tools as requiredIdentification of application issues when deploying the appsApp deployment on the cloud along with solving debugging issuesCoding architecture for frontend and backendCollaboration with IT team, researchers, designers for designing robust apps and encouraging business goalsCreating features in apps that have a mobile responsive designTesting applications and fixing bugs, along with security and data protection featuresEstablish code architecture decisions for supporting scalability and good performanceMakes use of popular front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, LESS, etc and design UI componentsParticipation with developers for the creation of scalable RESTful APIsConducting code reviews of peer developersTechnical Skills:Expertise and experience in the four main technologies – MongoDB, Express, Angular, and NodeJSKnowledge of HTML/CSS, jQuery, AWS, Git, and design framework, web services, JSON, AJAX, cryptography, and security, frontend CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, etc.High-quality programming skills for a robust designExperience in application architecture, server management, cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and website performanceUnderstanding of DB architecture design and programming templates, Agile methodologies, client-side and server-side proceduresFamiliarity with package manager-npmServer management skillsSoft Skills:Good communication skillsCritical thinking and time managementGood team players and ability to lead a team of developersStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsCollaboration skills to support business goalsCompetence for individual contributionJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹1,200,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
