Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities
Work with product owners, team leads, and solution architects to define and clarify requirements
Hands-on development with both front-end and back-end programming
Manage and organize all related analysis and programming activities.
Provide leadership including constructive code reviews and design guidance to team members.
Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders on application design, DevOps implementation, development status, and roll-out success metrics.
Strong grasp of modern security principles and how to apply them to applications
Stay current on the technology, tools, and approaches in the Azure cloud, web, and mobile development space
Solve complex problems and develop proofs of concept to validate ideas or technologies
Identify and mitigate risks that make up the overall solution
Lead a technical team by example and foster growth in team members
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a professional Full Stack Developer.
5+ years of experience in developing models and scaleable microservices using .Net / NodeJS / Express.
3+ years of hands-on experience in front-end languages and frameworks (React, AngularJS, VueJS, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTML, and XML) and MVC.
Exposure to hybrid mobile application frameworks such as Cordova or native cross-platform compatible frameworks such as Xamarin.
Understanding of architectural practices such as MVC, MVVM, Component-based Architecture, Asynchronous Programming, Microservices and standards such as OAuth,
Solid knowledge of object-oriented development principles and architecture patterns including data modeling, database design, performance monitoring, tuning, and unit testing.
Experience with Unit Testing Frameworks like Ava, Mocha, and Jasmine
Good understanding of automation concepts, CI/CD pipelines leveraging GIT
Good experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Hands-on experience in cloud PaaS offerings from any of the cloud vendors such as Azure / AWS.
Proven ability to develop resilient code that performs, and scales based on application usage
Exposure to AI/ML will be considered as a differentiator
Exposure to containers (Docker etc) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) will be an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to understand the business context, generate ideas, and come up with creative solutions
Proven programming skills to enable rapid prototyping and implementation of solutions
Team player mindset and ability to work in a global collaborative team environment
Experience with communicating insights and presenting concepts to diverse audiences
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications related to associated technologies are preferred
