Job Description : Job ObjectiveAs Technical Product Manager at Draup, you will be participating in the creation of the roadmap of deep technology products keeping business goals and product planning at the front. The role will provide day-to-day product management support for the data harvesting and ETL teams, as well as working with various internal teams to plan out and priorities 6 to 18 months roadmap; finally ensuring the teams receives the appropriate requirements and are notified of any changes to ensure successful deployment of various capabilities.What you will doYour mission is to grow Draup data assets and intelligence products by understanding and solving our customer’s problems. You will work on core data harvesting product to deliver world-class experiences and impact how our customers do business.You work closely with customers, internal product teams, and Draup leadership to deeply understand, document, analyze, and synthesize user needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specificationsProvide insights on end-user requirements in forms of user stories and collaborate with data intelligence, data science, and technology teams and assist in the development of new features to improve Draup data platform capabilities and user experience, and validate value delivery through UAT or other testing efforts.Prioritize sprint & release backlogs to provide the highest value to users, and communicate the enhancement and new tools benefits to the usersWho you areBachelor’s Degree in EngineeringPrior experience with demonstrated attention to detail in technical product developmentStrong technical abilities with experience working on big data products3+ years experience in a product role or equivalentYou have an understanding of agile product management methodologies, experience in user story writing, roadmap planning, and developmentProven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environmentYou have great written and verbal communication skillsOur expectationsSelf-motivated, self-starter, self-directed, and flexible. Able to meet aggressive deadlines from time-to-timeTake end-to-end ownership of new features development on Draup’s platformJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹495,004.00 – ₹1,793,654.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Technical Product Managers & Owners: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)
