Job Description
He/she is responsible for initiating programs, following their progress, and serving as support providers in case issues arise.

They coordinate efforts among teams, as well as develop effective schedules and suggest action items that still need to be complete to successfully complete the project.

In addition to Technical Program Management, person should have hands on experience of Agile/Scrum process framework and ceremonies.

Must have good skills for prioritization , planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments.

Should be able to plan and align the sprints to achieve business as well as technical goals.

Person should be able to track and coordinate infra, tech-ops, audit, security related issues and present to leadership.

Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience;

Software Development experience with 4+ years in technical program management.

Experience using jira, confluence, google sheets etc.

Software development experience in Linux, Java, RDBMS, building web services and highly scalable applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
