About the team
Our Enterprise business is a growth engine for Telstra, focused on providing global business customers of all sizes with industry based services and solutions.
We meet a critical need in the market – combining connectivity infrastructure across the world with the leading technology solutions and expertise.
About the role:
To provide high-level technical service and assist in the development of solutions and support to the networks, infrastructure, products and services supplied and operated by Telstra.
Provide level one support for Enterprise applications and process support for CPQ and related apps like Salesforce, ISA and Netsuite, SNOW.
Responsibilities:
Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce CPQ platform
Provide a detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality.
Document and update requirements; prepare and distribute RFPs and evaluate responses.
Responsible for managing external troubleshooting cases for the Salesforce CPQ and Billing managed packages
Create high-level models and user prototype interfaces to identify and validate business processes.
Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers
Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking and client presentations
Required Skills
5 years of Salesforce CRM experience
Minimum 2 years of Salesforce CPQ experience.
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
Excellent client-facing, written, and oral communications skills.
Salesforce CPQ certification is mandatory
