We are looking for a versatile individual to join our team and help us in our growth journey.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology SupportProvide T2 Tech support on complex issuesMaintains user setup, access and policies for Enterprise security using M365Documents and maintains a security policy for desktops and mobile devicesResearch and implement 3rd party automation for user provisioning and maintenance and general improvement of user experience in the companyFamiliar with setting up and running automations using tools like Zapier or other such toolsWorks with other internal teams to research 3rd party apps feasibility for deployment in the organizationMonitor and manage performance of key systemsEstablish SOP’s and Guides for self service help for internal stakeholdersManage new app related implementations – Planning, provisioning, training, roll outEstablish Company security policies and drive complianceDriving automation and efficiency using AI or other automationsSolutions LeadTechnology savvy and able to intuitively experiment and build simple solutions using 3rd party apps available in the marketplace (that don’t require coding)Works with the Operations & Marketing teams to build custom solutions for client requirements.Continually provides solutions and business insights to address any business gaps and / or opportunities and creates value for the ClientOwns the implementation & support for the solutions implementedCan build marketable solutions working with the Sales & Marketing teamSkill SetFluent in verbal English communicationPower Automate, Sharepoint expertCan research 3rd party apps for building a business solutionAdvanced Powerpoint skills in creating solution decks to pitch to clientsExperience & QualificationsBachelors in Science or Computer ApplicationsMasters Education in Computers Applications (MCA) or related subjectManaged Technical Support team in the pastExperience in Business Process AutomationUS Small Business experience preferredUS Healthcare experience a big plusJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offSchedule:Night shiftExperience:Setup, access policies for Enterprise security using M365: 5 years (Required)Documents and maintains a security policy: 5 years (Required)
