About the Role

Working as part of CareShield’s Apprenticeship Funded Learning Division. You will be tasked with contacting care organisations to discuss our extensive Health & Social Care apprenticeship programs and how it can benefit both them and their staff. Apprenticeship programs are popular within the Health & Social Care sector as the Government will cover up to 95% of the cost of a member of staff undertaking the training. You will focus on obtaining learner sign up to these apprenticeship programs, engaging and developing leads by phone, webinar and email.

You must be comfortable making a high volume of new customer contacts each day, generating interest to secure new learner sign up and where appropriate generate appointments for Business Development Managers. This position will be based at our Stevenage Head Office. In addition you will also be able to earn uncapped commission.

We are Looking for Dynamic People who have:

A minimum of 1 year’ previous telesales or recruitment experience
A background in care or apprenticeships would be an advantage
Ability to work towards and achieve set targets.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
A polite, confident and friendly telephone manner.
Highly motivated with a positive attitude and have a drive to succeed.
The ability to build relationships and enjoy working with customers.
Ability to show Initiative and perseverance.
Well-organised and thorough, even under pressure.
Confident using computers and CRM platforms.
