Role Summary
As a Enterprise Account Manager you will develop business in West Bengal & North east Region with focus on key partners and Customers ,you will be responsible for generating indirect business for Sophos products & services, build and maintain strong and sustainable relationships with Customer/Partners as well as developing new customer accounts and managing partners in order to develop and maintain Sophos business and meet / exceed sales targets.

What You Will Bring
Customer / Partner facing activities
Selling experience of cybersecurity products.
Experience in Mid market/ Enterprise sales.
Development and growth of Existing / New strategic named accounts
Strategic relationship management at all levels for greater customer reach
Strong involvement in complex deals and decision-making processes
Managing and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Responsible for business and activities in a dedicated region to a group of key partners.
Selling experience at “C” level executives
To identify and develop new business, cross sell & Up-sell.
Meet / exceed sales targets according to the business mix.
Develop and track business and marketing plans with the partners.
Develop and maintain relationship with key supporting functions (Customer Care, Sales Admin, Product Management, Pre-Sales) between Sophos and the Customer.
Good inter-personal skills are desirable.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts
Identify requirements and engage Sales Engineering, Marketing and Direct Touch to provide support throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
Articulate product and sales strategy feedback from the market to relevant groups within Sophos.
Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Sophos products and services in order to deliver high-quality pitch to customers.
Adherence to CRM, business systems and activity management standards and ensure successful use/updating of other sales tools.
Channel experience is added advantage for the role.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Cybersecurity industry.
