Job Description : As a Senior Developer- Front End, you will be responsible for developing APIs to be used internally and by customer integration processes.

Skills
Tractionites come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from non-traditional backgrounds. Typically, we find that people are successful in this role when they have:

Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience
3 – 6 years’ development experience in Java, .NET or another C-style language through personal or work experience
Expert in front-end web development (e.g., JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap etc).
Experience in NodeJS, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, Angular).
Experience with chrome extension development is a nice to have
Experience working with CSS preprocessors like LESS/SCSS.
Exposure in CSS methodologies like BEM & SMACSS.
Exposure in web accessibility standards and specifications.
Experience working with frameworks like Salesforce Lightning Design System, Bootstrap, Materialize & Foundation.
Ensuring that their site comes up correctly on different devices (Responsive Web Development).
Making websites more interactive for users in different browsers (cross-browser compatibility).
Managing software workflow.
Following SEO best practices.
Fixing bugs and testing for usability.
Nice to haves: Chrome Browser Extensions, Mobile app dev, AWS Lambda, Jira, Machine Learning.
Exposure to Git.
Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Ability to effectively communicate technical issues in laymen’s terms to customers
Self-Motivated problem solver who loves getting their hands dirty debugging issues
Highly motivated with the ability to prioritize what’s on your plate
What You Will Be Doing
Working on AWS with cutting edge technology, such as server less architecture and AI
Build a high-quality, robust product using various JavaScript libraries/frameworks
Developing APIs to be used internally and by customer integration processes
Customer data transformation and migration
Involvement in code reviews, sprint planning, and sharing ideas for continuous
improvement via sprint retrospectives
