Vacancy for Executive – System Admin -IT -Hyderabad
Position -System Admin

JD:
Assembling and dissembling Pcs
Troubleshooting related hardware issues
Crimping and punching the LAN cables
Resolving of printer related issues
Installation of windows operating systems
Installation, configuration, troubleshooting of applications
& windows operating systems
User administrator (setup and maintaining accounts)
Performing system maintenance tasks such as removing temp files,
disk defragmentation, disk clean up etc
Providing telephonic and remote support to users by using remote desktop tools
Co-ordinating with vendors for system hardware and other application issues
Maintaining the inventory of pcs and other IT assets
Installation & Configuration of network printers, local printers,
Scanners and basic troubleshooting
Maintaining systems & verify that peripherals are working properly
Data backup of users.
Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of microsoft outlook
& Taking backup of user mails
Troubleshooting wired and wireless network connectivity
Device drivers installations, Installing OS updates
Installation different 3rd party softwares
Knowledge of OSI model, Transmission media, Networking devices, LAN basics, IP addressing
Configuring of wireless networking devices and CC/WEB camera
