Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer 2 Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool 3 Troubleshoot issues with Azure Cloud Deployment 4 Individual contributor role 5 Work in 24 x 7 support model
Technical Experience : 1 Extensive experience on Azure Cloud platform 2 Monitoring event management alert dispatch for PaaS / IaaS 3 Incident, Problem, Change, Request for PaaS 4 Knowledge of Windows server technology 5 Backup Management 6 Antivirus Patch Management
Professional Attributes : 1 Should have 3 years of experience in Azure cloud support role 2 Should have experience performing Azure cloud troubleshooting 3 Should have experience in Incident Management, Change Management 4 Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area
Educational Qualification : 1 BE
Additional Information : 1 Windows Server experience 2 Worked on multi-platform solutions
