Kersh, our Site Director at Northampton Motorway Service Area on M1 Motorway is looking for Crew Team Members to join his McDonald’s team.
If you’ve ever wanted to know how to make the perfect Big Mac™ or find out the four different shapes of a chicken nugget, this position could be an ideal opportunity for you to start a new career.
As a team member, you will be preparing and serving quality food and drinks, delivering excellent customer service and supporting your fellow team members to ensure all of our customers have a great experience.

Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in a restaurant before, because we will give you everything you could ever need to excel in your job and help you grow both personally and professionally.
Your hourly rate will be £9.60 for over 18 year olds and a hourly rate of £7.46 for under 18 year olds.
Your shifts will typically be either 8 hours and this will include working the shift times of 6.00am – 2.00pm and 2pm – 10pm, (and some adhoc ones in between!)
Northampton site is on the local bus route from Northampton.
