Job Description : WordPress Support SpecialistIf HTML, PHP, CSS, JS are your best friends then come join us at IdeaBox. Be the Help Scout that understands, customer experience comes first, someone who must make sure that the tasks are checked off and on the customer’s side they get friendly assistance.How can you contribute: · Must be comfortable with all aspects of WordPress, configuration with SSL, basic plugin troubleshooting· Manage the support tickets, either answering customer questions directly or bringing in an appropriate member of the core development team when you cannot.· Moderating the support inbox, ensuring customers and potential customers receive responses within 24 hours of submission.· Help our clients by solving technical WordPress issues.· Excellent problem-solving skills and capacity to clearly explain a technical problem.· Report any bugs or issues to our team of developers.· Helping run regular user testing sessions, gather feedback from the forums, and be the voice of the organization.· Creating tutorials, documentation, screencasts, and other forms of materials to help guide people to success & avoid repetitive questions.What we expect: · In-depth knowledge of WordPress (Minimum 1 year of experience)· Attention to every detail and logical thinking.· Fluent written English with proper grammar and spelling· Understand and able to write CSS· Understand and able to write HTML· Basic understanding of JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP· Diagnosing and solving technical problems.· Testing and evaluating new features and functionalities.· Excellent problem-solving skills and capacity to clearly explain a technical problem· Curious to learn and growBonus points if you also have: · Ability to understand and write JavaScript / jQuery· Ability to understand and write PHP· WordPress plugin development experience· WordPress theme development experience· Page builders experience (Elementor, Beaver Builder, Divi)Who are WeWe at IdeaBox, are a dedicated team of designers, developers, writers and marketers who believe that great creativity comes from following life’s passions.
