Key Responsibilities:Development of Training Academy Business Strategy, Business Plan and yearly training sales budgetTo achieve Training Academy Yearly Sales TargetDevelop, manage training academy team and to ensure Trainer Utilization is minimum 80%To Market e-learning material under digital academyTo ensure average delegate per class for public training is minimum 7 delegatesDevelopment of customised and innovated training materialsTo manage healthy time allocation as Training Academy Manager (50% training delivery and 50% Training Academy business management)To attend weekly Training Sales meetingDevelopment of Training Marketing Collateral
Qualifications
Key Requirements:Minimum a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from reputable university with at least 5 years working experiences as trainer as well as business development related to training.Has good leadership skills.Has an experience as an auditor for minimum at 3 standard qualificationsSpoken English, and good communication skills in reporting and presentation.Experience working in a TIC company would be a great advantageClear and articulate presentation ability with strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relationsMature, self-disciplined and results-driven
