What will you do?

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a talent for customer service to lead our Accounts Receivable team. The key focus of this role is to communicate with residents and their next of kin regarding fees as well as the end to end management of the claims process from various funding bodies. Key responsibilities include:
Setting up funding for resident care or services
Following up on arrears for a number of our villages
Maintaining a debtor’s ledger
Completion of month end balance by the deadline given
Completing regular audits and monitoring returns
