Job Description : Education Qualification B.Com Accounts/ B.scRoles & Responsibilities: Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations – (Assist Head of operations & Reporting authority) Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment. Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs Process payment for vendors, travel bills and all kinds of official bills Submit expense reports – (Assist Head of Operations) Keep employee records (physical and digital) – (Assist Reporting Authority) Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners – (Assist Head ofOperations Organize, store and print company documents as needed – (Assist Head of Operations) Orders supplies and equipment, maintains service contracts on office equipment. Liaises with internal and external units to carryout job tasks. Assists managers and supervisors in developing policies and procedures (Assist ReportingAuthority) Ensures travel authorizations, accommodations, and conference registrations for employees. Audits/processes travel expense claims (Assist Head of Operations) Performs tracking and distributes monthly travel & other reports (Assist Head of Operations) Maintains accounts payable and accounts receivable records (Assist Head of Operations) Solves problems associated with vendors regarding shipments, billing, and statements. Monitors expenditures, processes payment requests for reimbursement; prepares purchaseorders, purchase requisitions and ensures proper procedures for paying service providers,consultants, and contractors.
