Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager for our Manufacturing plant in Jalandhar with an experience of manufacturing industry.Preference will be given to individual retired from High level ranks of Defence.Should be well versed in public dealings and should have good communication & organization skills.Must possess High EQ, integrity,& customer empathyShould have experience in LiasoningShould have handled the TeamAt least 6-8 years of relevant work experience in safety & securityResponsible for all plant related operations management, including strategic planning, resource allocation.Ensuring and implementing the quality management system within the company aiming for defect free deliveries within stipulated time in all areas of Admin and Operations.Ensure that manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.Proactively work with product line management, engineering, service and other departments to incorporate best practices into the manufacturing environment.QualificationsEducation – Must hold Bachelor’s/ PG degree, preferably in Engineering Or in business administration.Experience – 2-10 years of progressive manufacturing experience.Skills – Presentation Skills, Multi-tasking, relationship buildingCandidate should have Leadership experience with proven track record of managing Administration operations, processes, strategy etc.Reporting to MDJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)Managerial: 3 years (Preferred)Defence: 8 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
