Job Description : Your field of responsibility

Your responsibilities include:
Acting as Engineering lead for Adobe Products Suite for Pune team
Perform architecture, design and development of products are based on Adobe Experience Manager as our core CMS
Help to define technical approaches and ensure that functional designs are feasible and scalable
Work in agile, rapid development, and prototyping environments. Translate business requirements into AEM-specific implementation specifications.
Develop features in AEM applications based on user stories and technical designs
Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, image scaling, and personalization.
Lead technical discussions and assume hands-on technical design and delivery
Nurture and establish the best engineering practices and standards within the team
Provide technical guidance, safeguard technical quality of team work, reduce technical debt
Help IT team develop their skills, coach and mentor them, empowering them to innovate and perform at their best
Design and improve internal agile development methodologies.
Explore usage of new technologies for the area and new POCs
Work towards DevOps and productive environments for technical teams

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:

Experienced Front-End and Back-end Engineer with least 8+ years’ experience in complex application development projects on Adobe stack (Adobe Experience Manager or other Adobe Products) and with practical exposure n Software Architecture within Digital landscapes
Hands-on experience building scalable web applications, with optimal memory management, performance, and scalability
Experience building back-end modules and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI).
Experience working with the Java Content Repository (JCR), including a proven understanding of how AEM stores data
Proven experience in designing complex Components, Templates, Dialogs, Design Dialogs and basic AEM functionality
Experience with headless content delivery and presentation as single page applications
Experience in Front-to-Back integration through REST/SOAP API’s, microservices and data exchange protocols like JSON and XML
Experience in Dispatcher Configuration and caching and/or performance optimization topics
Experience with Git and work tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
Ability to embed and adapt software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) within the team
Outstanding technology leadership, decision making and communications skills
Experience in mentoring, building up development team

Other Preferred Skills
Experience using Adobe Campaign, Analytics, Launch, and I/O, and how each of these integrates with AEM
Experience with Elastic Stack and Azure is a plus
Exposure with UX/Design frameworks, patterns and relevant technologies/tooling
