Alongside supporting new and existing applications, we work with other IT groups and business units to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

What you’ll achieve
As a Level L2/L3 Engineer would be responsible for supporting multi-tenant customers hosted in Virtustream cloud and multiple data center. Role involves supporting clients Mission critical SAP applications installed in the Virtustream Cloud Platform. As an Advisor, IT Infrastructure responsible for maintaining VMware ESXi Host and Internal virtual Servers up time and business availability. Would be working on day-to-day server administration task and would be 3rd level of support for any operational issues. Have understanding ITIL Framework, knowledge in working on incident Problem, Change & Service Request management process. Responsible for taking care of Ticket closure of BAU activities, have experience in executing Project related activities. Remediation etc. Familiarity with Scripting and networking knowledge will be a plus, would be involved expensively in performing security and kernel patching.
You will:
Responsible for UCS, ESXi & Dell Server troubleshooting, upgrades, and firmware management along with Vendor Coordination to resolve hardware and software issues & Follow-ups till Closure
Responsible for monthly operating system ESXi, Dell Server, VM (Windows & Linux) patches installation and upgradation
Responsible of executing Project related activities and VMware infrastructure builds Management
Will be engaged in preparing SOP & MOP documents for critical activities

Essential Requirements
Relevant experience of 6+ Years of experience on the below responsibilities
Compute – Cisco UCS blade & rack-mount servers, UCS Manager, Dell servers
Virtualization – VMware vSphere, ESXi
Operating Systems – Windows, RHEL, Suse, CentOS, Ubuntu
Scripting – PowerShell, Ansible, Python, Salt, batch files, etc.
Desirable Requirements
VMware, Linux MCSE, MCSA, Azure, GCP
ITIL Foundation
