Job Description : 1.Developing and maintaining enterprise class websites with AEM
2.Leading and coaching a team of developers
3.Estimating development tasks, pointing out risks, required provisions and limitations in the process
4.Performing regular code reviews and sharing best practices
5.Defining release strategies (including branching, CI and development workflows)
6. Formulate an implementation plan & prepare estimates for the assigned activities/work items
7. Report work progress to the manager & the client on a periodic basis
8. Atleast played the role of Technical Lead for one year
9. Participate/Lead in design discussions & client meetings
10. Follow & Contribute to the organizational best practices/policies
11. Apply industry standard Design Patterns for web application development
12. Contribute to the AEM CoE
Requirements
Over 8+ year experience developing J2EE web applications.
Over 5+ years of experience in implementing Web application, Web Content Management(WCM) and Digital Asset Management(DAM) solutions using AEM platform.
Experience in AEM component development, workflow development and integrating AEM with other applications.
Expertise in AEM and associated technologies like Sling, OSGI, Felix, Jackrabbit, JCR, CRX.
Experience with Java technologies and frameworks mainly Spring, Hibernate
Experience with at least one Ajax/JavaScript framework(Jquery, ExtJS)
Experience to other web technologies like Search, XML, XSL etc.
Experience in configuring and performance tuning enterprise application servers i.e., Weblogic server, Websphere Server, JBoss , etc.,
Atleast played the role of Technical Lead for one year.
