Job Description : Job – Description : – AEM Project ManagerResponsibilities: · Responsible for end-to-end delivery of Digital assets for Abbott Nutrition· Works with business and IT manager to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables· Work closely with client IT manager and help reporting weekly status and power steering updates· Coordinate resources to ensure project needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team members based upon their abilities· Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects working with division to gain agreement for resolution· Develops and executes a work plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed.· Experience with AEM ideal and an understanding of enterprise architecture standards·Qualifications: Ability to conceptualize a solution from inception to implementationMinimum of 2+ years of experience facilitating functional requirements and Business Process Re-Design (BPR) or equivalent within new product development for a technology firmExperience as a AEM Business Analyst or as a Project ManagerExperience in product development, product lifecycle management, functional and process analysisExperience with Test Driven DevelopmentExperience with the creation and maintenance of detailed requirement and specification documentation.Experience with a blend of software development methods (i.e. Waterfall, Agile, XP, RUP, etc.Experience understanding emergent technology trends related to financial, vendor management, and workflow software solutionsFacilitate customer meetings, resolving requirements issues, and gaining buy-in for solutionsAbility to identify critical issues within product specifications, design, and development and establish resolutions quickly and efficientlyJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹1,200,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:AEM: 2 years (Preferred)Project Manager: 4 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
