Job Description : AIX AdminIndividual should be Graduate in IT or Science background with a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience working in a 24/7 environment.Good team player with good communication skills with Written and verbal communication. Also, should have good documentation skills and should have good process management knowledge eg., ITIL.Candidate should be good in Excel for preparing various reports.Good Understanding and working knowledge on HMCCreation and Managing LPAR using HMC. That includes Adding, removing resources, creating new LPARs and performing DLPAR operations.Check error and alerts on HMC, OS and initiate call logging process with vendor and support team.Should have knowledge on Micro-Partition and Shared processor.AIX installation and upgrade using Media and NIM.Working knowledge on User Management and RBAC.Must have good hold on LVM.Shell scripting.Monitoring performance of LPAR and suggest if any changes are required.File System Management and housekeeping of file system.Perform routine tasks of Health check and check for errors.Understand new operational requirement from Customer and prepare the POA.Good understanding and hands-on on HACMP [ Power HA] and VIOS.Working knowledge on HACMP like RG movement, monitoring the services, Adding PVs to concurrent VG, increasing File system etc.Knowledge on Security hardening.Good in various backup and restore options.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹43,664.00 per monthExperience:total work: 4 years (Preferred)
