Responsibilities :
Maximizing the DBS media platform (Wealth segment) in accordance with the current trend of digital media which aims to provide convenience for UX.
Maximizing online media platforms as an acquisition platform other than information that leads to 2-way communication.
Information that is on the online media platform in accordance with the needs of customers, prospective customers or visitors (Wealth segment)
Give insight to the product owner as a reference for the next program / campaign.
Engagement and Solution Platform
Responsible for the performance of digital marketing that uses DBS media channels, including SEO, email marketing.
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess results (KPI)
Approach to User experiences
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, by making innovations to make it easier and make our media more fun and easier to understand
Identify market trends in online platforms, and optimize strategies according to the needs of the online market
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide input if they can be implemented
Email Marketing:
Re-check and approve the Email blast system before Email is sent to the customer
Measure and report on Email marketing performance, as a material for evaluating the next campaign
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide input if they can be implemented
Analytics:
Collaborate with other agencies and vendor partners to get analytics
Measuring campaign effectiveness through analytics tools
Utilizing strong analytical capabilities to evaluate customer experience from the beginning of the process to the end of the Analysis process of data / insights entered into the DBS media platform as a reference for the next program / campaign, as well as measuring the results (KPI) for the digibank segment
