JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Android Developer to design the structure of our IT systems and oversee programs to ensure the proper architecture is implemented.In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. We’d also like you to have hands-on experience in software development and be able to manage complex programs.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. Skills
Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
Xamarin Technology – highly preferred
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Java, Web Services, MVC & MVP & MVVM Patterns.
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Knowledge about third-party SDK integrations.
Very good knowledge of Android Media Framework would be a plus
