Job Description : Responsibilities The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:Work closely with project teams and understand the business context of the end-to-end solution.Translate designs and wireframes into high quality codeDesign, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Android codeEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applicationIdentify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugsHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automatizationBasic QualificationsThe following are the basic qualifications for this role:3+ years of experience in Native Android DevelopmentAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirementsStrong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practicesExtensive knowledge and experience in the following technologies and tools: Java, Soap & Restful API based Integrations, Android SDK (Android 5.0 Lollipop +) & NDK, Activities, Fragments and Intents, AsyncTask, Network Programming, Bluetooth, NFC and Wi-Fi Material Design, Fragments, Location and Sensors, etc.Developing Android Applications for different screen sizes & ResolutionsExperience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuningKnowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks such as reading Machine Generated Code, OCRsFamiliarity with cloud message APIs and push notificationsUnderstanding of Googles Android design principles and interface guidelinesProficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitFamiliarity with continuous integrationExperience with releasing client-server mobile applications to the Google Play (App Store)Experience with Android Secure Coding practicesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related fieldAdditional QualificationsOne or more of the following is a potential plus:Modern languages for mobile development (Kotlin)Functional programming (especially in Kotlin and Java)Reactive extensions (RxJava)MVVM and MVI architectural patternsOne or more of the following is a potential minus:Experience of Mobile Application Testing onlyHave not written code in the last one yearJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹650,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayWork Remotely:No
