Key Responsibilities : Install, configure and prove the value of our products in proof of concepts Generate reports demonstrating the value of the solutions in solving key business problems for customers Position our products to customers looking for virtualization/application/cloud services monitoring solutions Good Understanding of Various Features in Appdynamics like Business Transaction, End User Monitoring, Database Monitoring, Analytics, Custom Metrics, and Administration In-depth understanding of AppDynami
Technical Experience : Expertise in alert, dashboard creation in Appdynamics, and Written many shell scripts to automate day to day activity Understanding Azure Micro-services architecture Good knowledge of Splunk, JIRA and SNOW Exposure to Citrix, VMware, and other virtualization technologies is required Support troubleshoot applications in the AppD infrastructure Interface with vendor support to solve issues related to the AppD platform Oversee progress of issue resolution with Application Team
