Job Description : Hybrid Urbanists is a multi disciplinary design firm involved in Government projects i.e. master planning, layout formation and other structural works for tender stages.We are looking for an Architecture candidate who would be involved in design and drafting: -Architectural & Industrial projectsWorking on Detailed working drawings (Floor plans, Sections Elevations etc).Master Planning (industrial & residential layouts)Working on layout formation, area calculation, Detailed ROW, spur culverts, box culverts, storm water drain, electric ducts designs etcWe expect the candidate to have sound knowledge of architectural standards. We would prefer a candidate to be self motivator.Responsibilities and DutiesDesired Candidate ProfileDiploma in Architecture minimum 0-2 years of experienced in drafting to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with defined scope of work. Computer literate & AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SketchUp is must.Required Experience and QualificationsDrafting of building plan approvals (residential & industrial ware houses)Drafting architectural plans for execution level detailing.Measurements as per IS CodeExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyPositive attitude.
