Get to know the role
Support the Head Of Brand in strategic planning and implementation of Brand campaigns (Corporate brand campaign, GrabForgood) and promotional events (Thematic & Tactical) for the horizontal marketing team (OneGrab) and vertical marketing (GrabTransport/GrabExpress/GrOVO) and increase the value and performance of Grab Indonesia.
Managing the execution of each Thematic/Tactical campaign and activities to ensure flawless brand presence and coordination. Responsible in achieving OKR and target of each campaign
The Day-to-Day Activities
Responsible for developing marketing campaign strategies from unearthing the business and consumer insights, to development of campaign proposition, comms planning (go-to-market strategies), to overseeing the campaign’s execution and implementation.
Oversee and manage end to end marketing campaign initiatives to ensure consistency with product line strategy, by working closely with the marketing team, marketing analytics, creative team, performance and social media team
Collaborating with Horizontal (OneGrab) and Vertical marketing team: GrabForGood,GrabTransport, GrabExpress, GrOVO to translate the marketing objective into inspiring Creative brief for internal Creative team
Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns – develop good relationship with internal & external stakeholders i.e. creative agency and production house
Supporting the Head Of Brand in marketing quarterly planning and implementation of marketing campaign and promotional events for Grab products & services
Responsible for measuring and reporting campaign performance, and assessing against goals (campaign OKR)
Monitor market trends also research consumer markets & competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues to drive action out of it.
Ensure adherence towards vertical marketing team operating budget: coordinate to manage specific marketing budget by timeline and activities
Analyzed how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalise targeted consumer insights
The Must-Haves
Bachelor degree with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations and/or Business Administration
Min 5 years of relevant experience in developing integrated marketing strategizing and managing campaigns
Comfortable with planning, executing and tracking marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital)
Preferable to have experience as a strategic Planner in agency background and/or similar role in e-commerce/tech industry
Exposure in digital marketing will be a plus
Have a good eye and taste on visual communication design
Resourceful and creative: can develop creative, innovative ideas for brand marketing through different channels to reach, engage and grow the Grab community
Highly detail-oriented: Ensure the quality of all Branding materials and communications; and budget management for specific project
Ability to adapt to change easily, show flexibility, prioritization, with excellent time management skills
Goal and results oriented, comfortable in working under fast paced environment, have positive attitude towards challenges
