Job summary:
This role will establish and own the operational processes around Infogain s marketing content management, supporting our content development, social media/PR, horizontal marketing, and ABM teams in the intelligent deployment of top-quality materials by buying stage across various channels and to relevant contacts. Part of the marketing operations team, the Assistant Mgr – Content Operations will be instrumental in ensuring that high volumes of relevant, high-quality content are created, maintained, managed, and deployed.
In this job you will be responsible for:
Work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with content strategists, designers, copywriters, researchers, product marketers, and others to plan and deliver quality content.
Content project management to help keep content development flowing efficiently.
Coordinate with practice leads, marketing coordinators, copywriters, and outside vendors
Cross-collaborate with the marketing teams to streamline workflow, improving efficiency and quality.
Conduct content audits and gap analysis and use findings to develop recommendations to improve content creation/operations.
Maintain Infogain marketing s editorial calendar and publish monthly updates
monthly reporting.
Use and improve internal systems for content and process management.
Coordinate regular refreshing of materials.
Archiving and/or deletion of obsolete documents as appropriate.
Assist with other marketing operations activities as needed.
Qualifications you should have for this position:
Ability to own and manage processes and reporting with cross-functional partners for tracking and monitoring performance on content accuracy.
Experience in an operational or project management role and collaborating in a fast-paced team environment.
Experience with content planning and production.
Stellar project management skills.
Team oriented, creative, adaptable, and driven.
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in mktg
